Job Description & Person Specification:

The Role
ToddlerTunez are recruiting an intern with a love for creativity and education, to be a key player in the growth of a cutting-edge London-based startup. The successful candidate will work closely with the company directors. Focus of the role will be supporting the delivery of ToddlerTunez’ Marketing Strategy together with Director Lea Rozencwajg Henry and Account Management for new and existing clients. The successful candidate will have an excellent phone and email manner and will be excited to follow ToddlerTunez clients’ journeys and our creative sitters’ careers. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a career in Sales or Account Management and has interest in Marketing as most of the dayto-day job will involve developing relationships with customers and artist sitters that ToddlerTunez represents. The role is particularly suited to someone who is eager to gain experience in a startup environment, as it will involve working closely with the two cofounders, learning aspects of running a startup. We are looking for a fast learner who can work independently. The role is designed to be flexible following the development of the startup, starting with a part-time arrangement for the first three months, and the possibility of an internship extension, possibly full time. The role will allow for flexibility in working location for part of the working week. ToddlerTunez is an Equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from all backgrounds. To arrange discussing the role, please email

At ToddlerTunez, we are a young team of eager professionals who aim to equip children with enriching multidisciplinary creative knowledge, whilst nurturing a community of guilt- free working parents who know their children are engaging in meaningful activities while they are away or busy. We are the first company in the EU to combine tailored creativity activities with babysitting. ToddlerTunez is a UK based service which combines the essential need of babysitters with the expensive cost of 1-1 creative lessons, creating an affordable and rewarding experience for both families and children. We are a friendly company that aims to deliver its best to its clients in a communicative, educational and passionate manner. As the benefits of early artistic education are still not fully understood by most, we strive to be accessible for explaining the approach and benefit of our concept.

ToddlerTunez Co-founders and Directors Lea Rozencwajg Henry and Corinna Bordoli

The successful candidate will be responsible for promptly following up any new website subscription or form submissions, calling and emailing prospective customers, making sure that the largest number of subscriptions turn into sales and that families are matched with the perfect sitter with the best possible price plan. In order to encourage a sales driven attitude, the successful candidate will be considered for receiving a monthly bonus depending on her/his achievements. The role will require mediation between families and sitters. As the relationship with the client develops, the post holder will be responsible for mediating between any issues rising between sitters and families and selling memberships or recurring packages to existing clients.
