To support our mission of devising more strategic and influential recruitment, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Resourcing and Development Team in a permanent role based at the National Railway Museum in York. In this role, you will support our Recruitment Business Partners to deliver an engaging and expert in-house recruitment function across SMG. 

Taking ownership of campaign planning for selected high-volume and support function roles, you will develop excellent stakeholder relationships, source and engage top talent for our unique museum roles and be passionate about providing hiring manager and candidate journey’s which are second to none! Joining us, you will have experience of working in a recruitment support role, either agency or in-house. 

What’s more important is your ability to write engaging content for job adverts, articles and posts which engages top talent whilst developing our employer brand’s social footprint. You will be savvy when it comes to talent pipelining, be passionate about providing the best possible candidate experiences and have great interpersonal skills, bringing a confidence to influence and engage.
