As an integral part of the Executive Team, the Executive Director’s main duties will include ensuring the successful delivery of an ambitious artistic programme, maintaining the financial growth, development and stability of the company, and continuing to build on Kiln Theatre’s national and international profile.

The Executive Director will oversee over 60 staff members and work closely with senior management and the Board of Trustees to lead Kiln Theatre through a period of growth, while also maintaining excellent relationships with the Arts Council, Brent Council, industry bodies and major stakeholders, artists and funders.
