Job Description & Person Specification:

ebp is an entertainment company specialising in Live Productions and Management. 

Founded by Emma Brünjes in 2013 and now led by Emma and her brother, Ralph Brünjes, ebp has quickly become a leader in innovative new productions with an Olivier nomination in 2016 and The Stage Theatre Awards nomination in 2017 for Innovation.

The Role 

• Respond to fan mail 

• Handling all client corporate/charity requests 

• Administer client contracts including negotiating basic terms 

• First point of contact for all general client enquiries including offers. Ascertaining all relevant info such as fees, dates etc 

• Organise clients international travel, including flights, connections, hotels etc

• Administer invoicing for clients and keep on top of incoming payments, chasing where necessary 

• Organising & filing all client administration 

• Maintain Director's contacts database 

• Organise Director's travel, including flights, trains, connections, hotels etc 

• Organising gifts for client birthdays, first nights etc 

• Regularly updating client biographies on the ebp website 

• Regularly update client websites 

• Making all necessary arrangements for clients to carry out work obligations including liaising with production teams to organise schedules and travel 

• Accompanying clients to live and broadcast events 

• Liaising with production staff with reference to Manager's role as Producer and Promoter 

• Organise Manager's work diary 

• Proactively seek client opportunities 

Terms and Conditions 

• Salary: £18,000 per annum pro-rata 

• Start Date: Immediately 

• Hours: 3 days a week 

• Term: permanent part-time contract with a probationary period as below 

• Holiday: The basic annual holiday entitlement with pay is 20 days per year pro-rata. In addition public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year are given as holiday 

• Hours: This role shall work 3 days a week part-time, with the days to be worked to be mutually agreed with the Line Manager. 

Normal offices hours are between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
