To support our new strategic resourcing mission, we are looking for a Talent Insight Analyst to join us on a 9 OR 12-Month, Fixed-Term contract, based at one of National museums in York, Bradford, London or Manchester.

In this role, you will help champion our efforts to create a truly proactive recruitment function. Implementing, analysing and reporting on all people related data, you will present valuable insights into how we can change, improve and enhance our operational workforce planning, candidate experiences and employer branding activity.

Joining us, you will have significant working knowledge of people data, Management Information and recruitment activity. Bringing experience of analysing recruitment performance and reporting return on investment, you will be passionate about transforming recruitment practice and projects through data led insights.
