Job Description & Person Specification:

The New Wolsey Theatre is looking for a Head Of Creative Learning.

This is a new post that has been created to maintain and develop the theatre’s successful Learning & Participation offer and introduce new programmes of work to make positive interventions into the community.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Associate Director on the content of the programmes of work and lead a Creative Learning team of resident and freelance practitioners, working alongside colleagues who are passionate about the value of young people, audiences and the wider community participating in the arts.

This is an integral strategic and administrative role ideally suited to applicants with a passion for arts education, an understanding of the needs of children and young people, strong leadership skills and an appetite for innovating new ways to extend the theatre’s reach.
