Job Description & Person Specification:

Oxford Lieder seeks a new team member at an exciting time of development and expansion. The Learning & Participation Co-ordinator will play a vital role, working closely with the wider team to devise, plan and deliver an exceptional programme of educational events. The Oxford Lieder Festival is the UK’s leading festival of classical song, and the recipient of a prestigious Royal Philharmonic Society Award. Founded in 2002 to celebrate and rejuvenate this unique genre, the Festival brings many of the world’s most renowned singers and pianists to Oxford each October, as well as showcasing the very best emerging artists of the new generation both at the Festival and throughout the year.

Our dedicated Learning & Participation programme engages people of all ages and backgrounds in high-quality creative activity.

We aim always to enrich people’s experience of music and language through a wide-ranging series of participatory and study events, and through fruitful collaborations with other artistic institutions.
