Across the Science Museum Group (SMG), we're in the business of Inspiring Futures.

We couldn't do it without our talented and dedicated colleagues, and so the People and Culture team exist to create a diverse workforce of valued and empowered individuals that are passionate and proud to work here.

To continue championing this goal, we are looking for a People Development Partner to join us on a 9-month, fixed-term, contract, based at one of our National Museums in Bradford, London, Manchester or York with frequent travel to the other sites.

In this role, you will drive forward several engagement initiatives across SMG, with a key focus on people development. You will be challenged to 'Think Big' and deliver a variety of projects including management and leadership training, talent development and career coaching and guidance whilst supporting with our apprenticeship programme and employee welcome project. Joining us, you will be skilled at developing, designing and implementing training workshops, as well as having practical experience of providing coaching.

You will also be a passionate advocate for our people, influencing stakeholders and senior managers to embrace new ways of working.
