Job Description & Person Specification:

Nottingham Playhouse is looking to appoint an experienced arts manager to join our busy Participation Department to work closely with the Associate Director to implement and contribute to the development of the Participation Strategy through the management, planning, delivery and evaluation of the work of the Participation Department, as we expand our programme into new areas.

The belief that theatre belongs to everyone lies at the heart of our work and we are committed to making sure that everyone has the opportunity to participate. We run enriching, ambitious and inclusive programmes and events for people of all ages and from all backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will share our passion for inclusivity and the belief that every person has the right to experience the arts.

They will have a proven track record of project management, staff management, financial management, fundraising and strategic planning.
