Job Description & Person Specification:

As our Talent Administrator, you will take responsibility for the management of our Applicant Tracking System, recruitment administration, and scheduling of interviews on a range of roles across the company. 

This will be a fast paced role, where you will have the opportunity to build knowledge and experience in building a team within a fast-growing, successful start-up.  

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Talent in managing the end-to-end candidate recruitment process across all roles to deliver a superb experience to both role owners and candidates
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers as well as prepare and book meeting rooms
  • Be responsible and accountable for the up to date management of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Assist in advertising and creating awareness of our open positions by posting the role on social media, job boards and to relevant networks
  • Provide excellent, articulate and timely correspondence to candidates
  • Screen candidate applications, preparing a shortlist for the Head of Talent
  • Welcome all candidates to interviews at our Front of House as well as prepare meeting rooms
  • Respond to various recruitment queries both internally and externally

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in a role with administrative responsibility and success
  • A strong proactive initiative with demonstrable examples within previous roles  
  • An absolute attention to detail
  • Resilience and the ability to manage competing demands, changing priorities and challenging deadlines with speed and accuracy  
  • A friendly, helpful and unflappable disposition
  • Excellent communication skills, flawless written English
  • A clear, confident and engaging phone manner
  • Superb and demonstrable time-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • The ability to work independently and, at times, under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Curiosity and excitement in the search for new talent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels
  • A passion for building a career in recruitment with an understanding of how to deliver a great candidate experience. This role would suit someone seeking to grow their career as an experienced sourcer or recruiter
