About Our Search

You may use as many or as few search fields as you like.

Please note that we have made our Advanced Search non-hierarchical. This means that no one field is given undue precedence over another, and the search engine simply returns the closest match to your search requirements, in order of relevance.

For example:

You are looking for a
publishing job in London in a salary range of £31,000 - £40,000.

If such a job exists, it will appear at the top of the search results. However, if it does not, you will still be able to view (for example) jobs in London in the salary range of £31,000 - £40,000.

We approached our search engine in this way because, these days, many job seekers do not always attach a particular preference to any one sector or region.
